Q . Why doesn't the part # I enter in the Price Lookup bring up any results ?
A . The number must be in ESSCO part # format for it to work. See the ESSCO part number conversion legend for details.
Q . I'm trying to view a schematic but all I see is a blank page, why ?
A . Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. It's free and you can get it HERE
Q. When I'm viewing a schematic & look up a part, the description and availibility come up but I can't see the price. Why?

EQUIPMENT SECTION HELP :
Equipment - Navigate to the ON-LINE CATALOG drop-down menu and click on Equipment. Here you will see a listing of all the equipment we carry. Manufacturer names are listed alphabetically. Find the manufacturer name you want and then click on the model number you're looking for. When available, a new window will open with a full color specification sheet. These sheets can also be printed out and used as P.O.S. material.

MONTHLY FLYER HELP :
Simply point & click on the flyer icon. A screen-viewable version of our latest monthly sales flyer will load. You can also access the flyer by clicking on the "Monthy Flyer" link on the "NEWS" drop-down menu. (see photo below)
Depending on the type of internet connection you have, this could take a minute or so.
You can also print the flyer. If you have a printer, wait for the flyer to load & hit the printer icon on the top of the screen in the Adobe toolbar. Another special feature you can implement when viewing the flyer is the ability to search. Click on the binocular icon at the top of your screen in the Adobe toolbar. Now you can search for a specific item in the flyer. For example, click on the binoculars, enter "Kirby" in the search box, and click the FIND button. You will be taken to the area of the flyer, which contains the Kirby items.

PARTS AND PRODUCTS PAGE HELP
Also located under the ON-LINE CATALOG drop-down menu. In this portion of the site, you will find all the parts and products represented in the Popular Parts section of our printed catalog. Shop supplies and counter sales items are represented here as well. Well over 3,000 items can be found here.
You can browse by part number, manufacturer or product type. The search results will bring up : Part Number, Description (in bold if non-original), Manufacturer, Product Type & in some cases, an image of the item. The regular, non-promotional price is also shown at the far right of your screen.
If an item number appears in the Original or Generic equivalent column, you can click on that part number to view the corresponding item. Click again in that column to take you back to the part you were originally viewing. This feature is useful for comparing prices between original and non-original items.

PRICE SEARCH PAGE HELP :
Also located under the ON-LINE CATALOG drop-down menu. This area of the site is pretty straightforward. Enter a part number & click on the search button. You results will show our current part number, description and price. If you do not get results on your search, please call us for pricing. If your search results show a different item number than the one you entered, this just means the part number has changed. Please make a note of the new number for future orders.

SCHEMATICS PAGE HELP :
Also located under the ON-LINE CATALOG drop-down menu. Over 2000 models are currently represented here. You can search the database by typing in a model number or model name.(i.e. Em Power or U5260) You can also view all of the schematics for a particular manufacturer. Schematics can be viewed on screen or printed out to supplement your printed catalog. When viewing them on screen, you can use Adobe's zoom feature to zoom in or out. This feature particularly helpful when trying to locate a small part on a schematic. The zoom tool is represented by the magnifying glass at the top of your screen in the Adobe toolbar. (See picture below)
