We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our pricing structure due to recent changes in tariff regulations. 

As you may be aware, the global trade environment has been experiencing significant shifts, resulting in new tariffs being imposed on various goods and services. Unfortunately, these regulatory changes have had a direct impact on our product costs. After careful consideration and analysis, we find it necessary to adjust our prices on several products to accommodate the increased costs being passed on to us by our vendors. 
As the vendor community finalizes its increases to Essco, we will communicate how these costs will be shared, be it in unit cost changes or with a tariff surcharge.  Please rest assured that if these vendor issued changes are temporary or reduced, we will adjust our pricing immediately.  We understand that this is not welcome news, but it is an unavoidable step we need to take in order to continue being your long-term business partner.
