FedEx has activated contingency plans to mitigate impacts from a weather disruption at the Memphis hub last night. Potential delays are possible for package deliveries with a commitment of Friday, January 10, 2025. FedEx is committed to providing the best service possible.

There may be different levels of impact depending on selected services, city, state and ZIP Code. 

Please note that shipments delayed due to a National Service Disruption are not eligible for a refund or credit under the Money-Back Guarantee policy, per the FedEx Service Guide.
